The Delhi High Court on Wednesday heard a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) seeking a special syllabus for children with extreme introversion, stating that the issue falls under the government and educational authorities’ best approach choices. The division seat of Chief Equity DK Upadhyaya and Equity Tushar Rao Gedela prompted applicant Anish Sharma to make a formal representation to the Union and Delhi Governments, CBSE, and other significant bodies instep of approaching the court.
The Court emphasized the need for in-depth inquiry and logical support, noting that each child with extreme introvertedness requires a customized approach. Whereas recognizing the PIL’s aim, the seat said it needed satisfactory information and course. Equity Gedela commented, “Go to approach creators, not implementers.”
