Media kit, company facts and how to reach us

Abley’s makes sensory tools and practical guidance for children with sensory and regulation needs in India. We run an online store (ableys.in), this resources and community site, a sensory-room and practitioner programme for clinics and schools (rehab.ableys.in), and a UAE store (ableys.ae).

Boilerplate

Abley’s (“all things special”) was founded by a team of parents and professionals who saw a critical need for accessible, high-quality sensory tools and developmental aids in India. Working with occupational therapists and neurorehabilitation specialists, Abley’s offers sensory tools for home, school and clinic; evidence-informed guides for parents and educators; a directory of occupational therapy and sensory-integration practitioners; and sensory-room design and equipment for schools and clinics. Abley’s is operated in India by Eighth Fold Circle Private Limited, Noida.

Please use this text as-is or shortened; do not add claims about diagnosis or treatment outcomes.

Story angles we can help with

  • Sensory-friendly festivals: Navratri, Diwali and Holi with a sensory-sensitive child
  • What occupational therapy actually does, and how families find a practitioner in their city
  • Sensory rooms in Indian schools and clinics: what they cost, what goes in them, what to skip
  • Inclusion in practice: RPWD 2016, board-exam accommodations, the “About my child” one-pager for teachers
  • Reading the evidence: how parents can judge claims about diets, supplements and “cures”

We can arrange comment from the occupational therapists we work with, product samples for review, and access to parents in our community (with their consent).

Language we ask media to use

We say sensory and regulation needs, practitioner or occupational therapist, and supports. Our tools are aids for regulation and skill-building; they are not treatments and we do not make claims about curing or treating any condition. Please avoid “therapist-approved” or outcome claims when describing our products.
