4. Intermediary Status and Content Liability

Ableys India is an “intermediary” as defined under India’s Information Technology Act, 2000, and its corresponding rules. We do not create, initiate the transmission of, or modify the information in User Content. We are a platform for information and community discussion. As such, we are not liable for any third-party information, data, or communication link made available on the Website, provided we comply with our due diligence obligations under the law. This includes taking down unlawful content upon receiving actual knowledge or a court order. Your sole recourse for any harm caused by User Content is against the user who posted it.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in, India, to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.
